John Henry's was fairly prompt in putting me into their schedule, as my water heater failed on a Saturday. Had a Monday appointment, and by the time Ian, the Technician, arrived and assessed the problem; I had a new water heater installed and working within 2 hours. Ian was very good at explaining options, and showing maintenance tips after the install. Very good experience!

Turned on my hot water and steam was coming out. Call John Henry’s at 10:30 at night. They walked me through turning the heat down on my water heater and then came out the next morning and replaced the water heater and this was on 24th of December so happy they were able to do it In such a timely manner

We've had a weird smell in our basement for about a month and couldn't figure out what it was. We finally discovered our carpet was soaking wet inside one of our basement closets. I had some small electrical projects done in my home this afternoon and extremely please with the customer service from the time of I set my appointment, the communication the morning of service to a courtesy call I revived 20 minutes prior to my technician’s arrival. Luke did a great job fixing a ceiling fan and a broken doorbell. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be using their services again.

I used John Henry to service/flush our hot water heater. I called one day and they were able to come out the next morning. The technician Edwin, arrived on time, put covers over his shoes before he came in and went right to work. He was very professional and explained each step in the process. I was surprised at the amount of sediment in the heater. I was extremely pleased with the entire service call. Edwin was excellent and I would not hesitate to use John Henry again.

I had a new furnace and heat pump installed a couple of weeks ago. It's wonderful--I'm so glad I made the decision to do so. There's never a question of who I'll call for such help--I've had help from John Henry's, for various reasons, for over 25 years!I especially wanted to comment on the work done by the gentlemen who came to install the items. Justin R. and Sterling M. were terrific! Five out of five stars for them both! They were fast and efficient, they answered all my questions, and they were very mindful of every aspect of their job here--taking care not to leave a mess, clearing things with me ahead of time, etc. THIS is the sort of service one hopes for!!!
