The service advisor was phenomenal. He was here an hour and figured out what the issue was and readily fixed it. The price was extremely reasonable I might add. I am one of John Henry's VIP members and the price monthly that I pay is well worth it. As one of the VIP perks you can have a dryer vent cleaning which I just had done. John Henry has a monthly service for “VIP” clients. They got us in SAME DAY on a spring day when our A/C wasn’t working, diagnosed & fixed the problem by 5:30 pm. As always, very kind & gracious

We had bathroom facets replaced, and it required cutting through our dining room drywall to reach the facets in order to replace some valves, piping, and the facets. All went well and the clean-up was excellent.
