I've used John Henry since 1998 for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Super pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and pricing. They have always been on time or even earlier. Their technicians are easy to talk with and have always made sure I understood what they were going to do before starting the project. They have given me options on ways to solve my problem. It helped me feel a bit more involved in the process.

We needed several upgrades to our basement to make it comfortable for out-of- town family to stay. We had attempted to get estimates from three other smaller companies and they never even bothered to get back to us after coming and looking at our project. It was frustrating until we went with John Henry. The whole process was very effortless on our part, they came when they said they would, they did what we expected them to do. There was no wait. We had a small wet spot on the bedroom carpet next to the master bathroom. John Henry’s Plumbing came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem as water moving across the sub-flooring due to a faulty toilet seal. They replaced the wax ring and reseated the toilet and we're fixed! Tyler L explained everything to me and even checked the basement for any possible ceiling damage. We are pleased with our continued service from John Henry’s Plumbing.

Our high effience furnace stopped heating this morning. Called John Henry right away thinking something major happened. After thinking how air intake on this furnace I checked outside and air intake frosted over. Technician that promptly came over cofirmed what I found and proceeded to defrost intake and check furnace. Excellent service as usual! Scheduling worked with us on getting someone to the house as soon as possible, and online text notifications let me know when the tech was on his way, even gave me a picture of them so I knew who to expect. They did a professional job of cleaning out the sewer pipe and even reviewed the before and after pictures quickly with me. It always hurts a little bit to get the bill, but all worth it in the end, to know the job that was done, was done right with the powerful tools they have available. I know the tree roots will find there way into the pipe again, just glad I have a reliable team to call when they need me. Thanks again.

Had to wait a little bit, but Ian got our pipes thawed pretty quick. In and out in about an hour. Top notch service and communication from scheduling to job completion.

Great service today to thaw the pipes that froze and replace a cartridge behind the shower handle. It was an expensive visit but it could have been a lot worse if the pipes had burst! Kyle explained everything clearly and I feel so glad to have called these folks today. I will be getting a reverse osmosis system installed too! Keep up the great service. Highly recommend.
